Shipping policy

Average dispatch time is 1-3 workings days of your order being placed, however we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours where possible.

All UK orders are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.

Postage is FREE!

For most European countries, a flat fee of £10 is charged. This will be calculated at checkout.

Overseas

All overseas orders will be subject to additional shipping costs. Overseas shipping is not refundable or covered under warranty terms whether the item is faulty or not required. BREXIT UPDATE: PONY-O will not be held liable for any additional customs duties, tariffs or fees payable by your local customs office.
